Our Easy 3-step process

Our online Application is the way we first get to know you.  It will also provide us with your contact information so that we can communicate with you, mail you The Puppy Playbook, and write up your puppy purchase contract.  

We will answer your application with an email to let you know that you've been approved (or that we are not a good match).  

Please call, text or email us with any questions.  We are always happy to hear about what you are looking for and share our thoughts about which litter or type of puppy will best fit into your family and lifestyle.

After a litter is born, you may reserve a "male" or "female" spot in the litter with a $700 reservation fee. This will be $800 in 2027.  When you reserve your puppy, we will also email you a contract/health warranty to sign electronically.  There's a sample below for you to review.

Next, we will mail you a copy of The Puppy Playbook, so you can get started with your planning and preparations.  

The reservation fee / deposit can be transferred to another litter if something changes and the timing isn't right for you.  If you decide not to purchase a puppy at all, the deposit is 50% refundable.  If we are unable, or unwilling, to sell you a puppy, we will refund the entire deposit. 

As the puppies grow and we take care of them, we will also send you (at least) two emails. The first will contain a questionnaire  about your puppy preferences.  There will also be information for you about which food to order, pet health insurance, vet records, pick up dates, and more!

When puppies are 7-weeks of age, we see the beginnings of their coat type, size, energy level and trainability.  

We use these observations and the information from the questionnaire, to match you with the best puppy for your family.

We will then text you a picture and short description of your puppy.
