- Age-appropriate de-worming (@ 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks)
- USDA Canine Health Certificate (for interstate travel)
- Veterinarian report attesting to the weight & health of the puppy at the 8-week exam.
- 24-month health guarantee (extended to 36 months if fed breeder-recommended food, treats & supplements).
- Microchip & microchip-registration form
- Registration with the Goldendoodle Association (or AKC for purebred puppies)
- Parental Pedigrees and health clearances
- Puppy's health and medical record
- A FRONT-CLIP harness and a leash!
- A Stuffed Toy with electronic heartbeat
- A chew for the ride home (cow or pig ear usually)

Policies
- All puppies are sold as pets with a spay/neuter contract.
- The puppy/dog must be returned to us if you are ever unable to keep or care for him/her.
- We do not ship puppies or dogs - but can recommend transporters
- We strongly recommend that puppies be raised exclusively on breeder-recommended (Life's Abundance, PawTree, TLC) products and continued on NuVet supplements. Nutrition is extremely important to us, and to your puppy's health!
- Puppies are 7-8 weeks of age when they are matched with families. Breeder selects puppies for families based on survey results.
- Puppies go home when they are 9 or 10 weeks old.
- Puppy pick-ups are done outdoors in front of our home.
- Acadia Goldendoodles reserves the right to retain any number of our puppies from any litter, and to refuse sale to any customer, at any time, for any reason.
